get you going:

1. Submit the Application: Please download the
application and return it by
email, regular mail, or by giving
us a

Yes, the application is quite extensive, but it will help us to
make the best possible match for you and the family.

The following information will be verified: your employment
history, social security number, education level, criminal
history and driving record. Additionally, we will be contacting
all of your references so please make sure their phone
numbers are current. Please remember to sign and date the
application.

2. Interview with Our Staff: We will call you to setup a
face to face interview to get to know you better.

3. Interview with the Family: We will setup interviews
with families that we feel will be a good fit for both you and
the family. We have been nannies ourselves, and this should
be to your benefit.

4. Receive an Offer: The family may make an offer of
employment to you directly, or ask us to do so on their
behalf. Please be patient as families generally interview
several candidates.
You and the family agree on employment terms such as
length of contract, salary, and vacation, the family pays our
fee, and they become your employer. You begin work and
they will pay you directly.

5. Call us: We are here to provide continued support if you
have questions or concerns. Remember, we have been in
your shoes before.

6. Refer a Friend ($$): We appreciate you sending
qualified families and nannies our way and want to make sure
you are fairly compensated for those valuable referrals!
