The following simple steps will get you going in finding
outstanding childcare. Because we know you're busy...
1. Submit the Application: Please download the
application and return it by email, regular mail, or by giving
us a call at 972-821-9990.
You can also fax to 214-377-4162.
Unlike other agencies, which can charge $100-$200 just to
apply, we waive the application fee because we are
confident in our service.
2. Let's Talk: After reviewing the Family Application, we will
call you to schedule a face to face interview to get to know
you and your childcare style. Then we will sign the
Placement Agreement, and begin the matching process.
3. Start the Interviews: We will begin sending you
carefully screened and qualified candidates to interview. You
will probably "get a feeling" about the fit of a candidate. If
you find a good match for your family, don’t delay! Until a
job offer has been extended and the candidate has
accepted, the candidate will be available for placement with
other families.
4. Extend an Offer: If you decide to hire one of our
referred candidates, let us know and we can extend an offer
of employment on your behalf, or you can make the offer
directly to the candidate and inform us an offer has been
made. Please remember all salaries should be discussed on a
"gross" not "net" basis. (We can help you through the
negotiation process if you would like). Both employer and
employee are responsible for reporting taxes.
5. Relax...It's Guaranteed: Busy Parents of Dallas
guarantees the family its satisfaction with the services
performed by the Employee for a period of six months from
the first day of employment. If for any reason the family is
not satisfied with the Employee during this six month period,
the Busy Parents of Dallas will use its best efforts to provide
one replacement Employee to the family at no additional
cost.
